Welcome to aaanotaryagent.com, operated by A+Agent LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our website and notary services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services. 

 

1. Services Provided 

A+Agent LLC provides the following professional services: 

  • Mobile Notary Public Services 

  • Remote Online Notarization (RON) 

  • Signing Agent Services for real estate and legal documents 

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally able to enter into contracts to use our services. 

 

2. Appointment Scheduling and Service Area 

Appointments may be scheduled through our website, email, phone, or text. Mobile notary services are provided within a defined geographic area. Additional travel fees may apply based on distance and availability. 

 

3. Client Responsibilities 

To complete a notarization, clients must: 

  • Provide a valid government-issued photo ID 

  • Be mentally competent and willing to sign 

  • Ensure all documents are complete before notarization 

  • Comply with state laws and regulations regarding notarization 

A+Agent LLC reserves the right to refuse service if fraud, coercion, or incomplete documentation is suspected. 

 

4. Payment and Fees 

Fees for services will be clearly stated before scheduling. Payment is due at the time of service for RON, unless otherwise agreed. Accepted payment methods may include cash, card, digital payment, check or invoicing for approved clients. 

Travel, printing, and after-hours fees may apply and will be disclosed prior to the appointment. 

 

5. Cancellations and Refunds 

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a fee. 

Remote notarization appointments that begin and are unable to be completed due to client error or disconnection, may be subject to pay a partial fee.  

 

6. Use of Website 

You agree not to use our website for any unlawful or prohibited purpose. You may not interfere with the website’s operation or attempt unauthorized access to any part of the site or its systems. Our professional IT team, PIXELITWY, is dedicated to cyber excellence and has created & developed a system that allows our website to operate effectively & efficiently. Thank you PixelitWY.  

 

7. Intellectual Property 

All content on aaanotaryagent.com, including logos, text, graphics, and other materials, is the property of A+Agent LLC or its licensors and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without written permission. 

 

8. Limitation of Liability 

We strive to provide accurate and timely notary services. However, A+Agent LLC is not liable for any damages arising from: 

  • Errors in documents prepared by third parties 

  • Delays caused by client or third-party actions 

  • Losses due to improper document handling after notarization 

We are not responsible for system outages or internet failures affecting remote services. 

 

9. Indemnification 

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless A+Agent LLC from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities related to your use of our services or website. 

 

10. Governing Law 

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of Sullivan County, TN. 

 

11. Updates to Terms 

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
